Order Processing 

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

International Shipping

We ship internationally to a wide range of countries including Canada, United Kingdom, New Zealand, and many countries across Europe and Asia. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight, via USPS or DHL Express.

Delivery timeframes vary by destination. Please allow 7–21 business days for international orders or delivery delays.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to monitor your delivery.

Lost or Damaged Parcels 

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate and resolve the issue.
